MBA Based on Non-Relevant Qualification

MBA Based on Non-Relevant Qualification

About Program

The MBA Based on Non-Relevant Qualification is designed for graduates from non-business disciplines who want to move into management, leadership, or business-oriented careers. The program creates a structured transition into business education while developing the strategic and managerial competencies expected at graduate level.

Because applicants enter from academic fields outside business, this pathway includes a prescribed bridging semester or foundation component. The bridging study introduces essential business concepts and prepares students for advanced work in areas such as finance, marketing, human resource management, operations, entrepreneurship, business analytics, and organizational strategy.

After establishing this business foundation, students develop stronger analytical, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills through applied learning and managerial problem solving. Graduates can pursue opportunities in management, marketing, human resources, finance, consulting, entrepreneurship, and other business functions across public and private organizations.

Objectives

  1. Provide graduates from non-business disciplines with the essential business foundation required for advanced management education.
  2. Develop a clear understanding of core business functions, contemporary management models, and the practical issues faced by modern organizations.
  3. Build strategic thinking, analytical ability, communication, teamwork, leadership, and managerial decision-making skills.
  4. Enable students to apply business concepts and management practices to real organizational challenges across different industries.
  5. Develop the ability to assess existing business practices critically and identify practical opportunities for improvement.
  6. Support professional growth, adaptability, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking for careers in dynamic business environments.
