About Program
The BS Fine Arts is a four-year degree program designed to develop artistic ability, creative thinking, and professional skills across a range of visual art disciplines. Students explore areas such as painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, digital art, art history, and contemporary art practices while building a strong understanding of both traditional and modern approaches to art.
Studio practice, exhibitions, creative projects, and critique sessions help students refine their individual artistic style and strengthen their technical abilities. The program prepares graduates for opportunities as professional artists, art educators, illustrators, curators, designers, and other creative professionals in galleries, educational institutions, cultural organizations, and the wider creative industry.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4 Years: Candidates holding an Intermediate certificate with at least 45% marks, A-Levels with IBCC equivalency, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution are eligible to apply.
- 2.5 Years: Applicants holding a Bachelor degree based on 14 years of education with at least 45% marks under the annual system, or an Associate Degree in a non-relevant discipline with a minimum 2.00/4.00 CGPA, may be considered for the 2.5-year track. After completing the required bridge semester, students will follow the prescribed scheme from the 5th through the 8th semester.
- 2 Years: Candidates holding an Associate Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 45% marks under the annual system or a minimum 2.00/4.00 CGPA may enter the 2-year track and follow the prescribed scheme from the 5th through the 8th semester.
- Entry Test / Aptitude Interview: Applicants are required to pass an entry test or aptitude interview conducted by the university as part of the admission process.
