About Program

The two-year Associate Degree Program in Business Administration provides students with a practical foundation in core business concepts and day-to-day management practices. The program introduces key areas such as marketing, finance, accounting, human resource management, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and business communication, helping students understand how organizations operate in modern business environments.

Along with essential business knowledge, the program develops communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and basic decision-making skills. Graduates may pursue entry-level opportunities in business, marketing, finance, human resources, administration, and management support roles, continue their studies toward a relevant bachelor degree, or use their learning as a foundation for entrepreneurial activity.

Objectives

  1. Provide students with a sound understanding of fundamental business concepts and their practical application in organizations.
  2. Develop awareness of changing local and global business conditions and the ability to respond to emerging opportunities and challenges.
  3. Strengthen written and verbal communication skills for effective business interaction and professional presentation.
  4. Promote responsible, respectful, ethical, and professional conduct in business and workplace environments.
  5. Build teamwork and collaboration skills that support the achievement of group and organizational goals.
  6. Encourage students to recognize entrepreneurial opportunities and understand the basic requirements of starting and managing a business venture.
  7. Introduce students to basic investment, financing, and managerial decision-making concepts used in business operations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2 Years: Applicants must have completed Intermediate (I.Com, DBA, D.Com, FA, or F.Sc) with at least 50% marks. A-Level applicants with 22 points may also apply, provided they submit an equivalency certificate issued by IBCC Islamabad. An equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is also acceptable.
  • Admission Requirement: Applicants must qualify the University entry test and/or interview as part of the admission process.
